Aluminium recycling
Aluminium – a material with unique properties. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and versatile. But its true strength comes from the recycling process; aluminium is one of the most recycled materials. Aluminium recycling is a key to sustainability and plays a crucial role in environmental protection.
Recycling aluminium saves energy and resources. Compared to primary aluminium production, it only requires a fraction of the energy. In fact, about 95% of energy is saved when aluminium is sorted, processed and remelted. This not only reduces energy consumption, but also significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions (0.5 tons of CO2 per ton of recycled aluminium). Another benefit of aluminium recycling is minimizing waste. If aluminium alloys are collected and recycled according to type, the corresponding alloys from the resulting remelted aluminium can be recycled without loss of quality. This means aluminium can be reused repeatedly without losing strength or quality.
With BLUELINE you are ideally suited to this task, as the processing system can be individually adapted and varied and thus adapts flexibly to constantly changing market needs. The purity that the market demands is always guaranteed.
