With our single-deck linear vibrating screen with four longitudinally stretched screen linings, you always achieve precise and reliable screening results.

It is particularly suitable for applications in the medium and fine grain range, where sharp separation cuts and high precision are required. By using four longitudinally tensioned screen linings, the SCREEN BASIC offers a maximum screen area and enables efficient separation of the input material. This leads to high throughput, especially when processing dry material streams. The quick tensioning device allows the use of all common longitudinally tensioned screen linings such as wire mesh screens or perforated sheets.

A special feature of this screen is the integrated cleaning function of the screen linings using anti clogging balls. These sifter balls hit the underside of the screen linings and remove effectively clogs or blocked openings. This ensures a continuous flow of material and prevents impairment of the screening results.
