Three clean material fractions in a single processing step

The SCREEN BASIC+ split-deck linear vibrating screen was developed for the precise classification of dry, homogeneous bulk materials in the medium- and fine-grain ranges. By dividing the screen deck into two screening zones with different types of screen media, three clean material fractions can be produced in a single processing step.

Four longitudinally tensioned screen liners, each with a screening area of 1.25 m², enable sharp separation, high precision, and high throughput. The external quick-clamping system allows for ergonomic and rapid screen replacement. Standard longitudinally tensioned screen media in various mesh sizes and shapes can be used, such as wire mesh screens or perforated metal sheets.

An integrated tapping device with tapping balls reduces clogging, keeps the screen openings clear, and promotes a continuous flow of material.
