High selectivity even with damp and abrasive materials

The SCREEN DOUBLE double-deck linear vibrating screen is a versatile screening system designed for wet, hard-to-screen, and highly abrasive materials. The combination of robust 3D screen liners on the upper deck and high-performance tension shaft technology on the lower deck enables high separation efficiency at high throughput rates.

Wear-resistant and easily replaceable screen liners on the upper deck, along with high-quality, flexible PU screen mats on the lower deck, ensure virtually clog-free screening. Accelerations of up to 50 G keep the screen mats largely clear during operation and ensure reliable results even with challenging feed material.
