SORT FLUID represents a revolutionary process by replacing traditional wet-sink-float sorting while eliminating the use of liquids. This dry sorting process offers numerous advantages, including a higher density cut (4.5 kg/dm³), high levels of purity and, above all, dry process control.

Through an innovative combination of air flow, the special bed material and gravity, the metals are sorted reliably and precisely according to their average particle density. This enables the separation of light and heavy metals with an exceptionally high purity of up to > 99%.
