Efficiently pre-screening construction debris and coarse recycled materials

The robust SCREEN HEAVY coarse-screening plant reliably separates fine particles from coarse, bulky, and heavy material streams. Depending on the application, either a sturdy bar screen or various 3D screen liners are used. This allows for the efficient pre-screening of materials up to 600 mm in size—such as construction debris, crushed sand, slag, ash, non-ferrous metals, or shredder fractions.

The compact, heavy-duty screening plant can be used as a standalone solution and, thanks to the modular BLUELINE system, can be flexibly combined with Material Handling, Magnetic Separators and can be combined with additional processing modules. An optional top-mounted hopper with a capacity of up to 4 m³ is available.
