SENSOR VISIBLE is a sensor based sorter with a transmission system, which is used for sorting glass.

The separation of materials is based on the fact that different types of glass transmit light in different ways. Depending on the (residual)intensity and the wavelength of the transmitted light, conclusions can be drawn about the particle properties. This type of sensor sorter can be used to separate glass from KSP or to separate green, brown and clear glass. Depending on the type, this sorter can also be equipped with an induction bar, color camera, lead glass and glass ceramic detection.
Detected particles are sorted out using compressed air to ensure precise separation.

This technology helps make the glass recycling process more efficient and cost-effective.
